  The doctors are nice but DONT waste your time dealing with the receptionist and billing department. They denied medical care to my insured child who's been going to Mid Suffolk in Hauuppauge/Islandia for years with all the bills paid but even after I called my insurance at their request multiple times and asked them to tell my insurance exactly what they wanted me to tell them, but the new "LIJ" title wasnt on the insurance roster the old title was which is still currently on the sign outside there building but they refused to see my child until their name was corrected on the roster. I guess no matter what kind of training they have if any they have to turn their mistake on someone else and I have the document to prove this is a constant issue because she gave me a paper from a folder with instructions on how to inform my insurance company of the issue. Smh.
